Katharina has had a very diverse background and so far has taken her to many places and situations. She has a unique blend of experience and skill that allows her to swiftly understand what is going on and what is important to you.


She originally trained as a Clinical Psychologist at Zurich University, gained over 15 years of business expertise in areas where people matter (organisational change, people development, knowledge management). Whatever Katharina is involved in she always focuses her work on the whole individual - mind body spirit - providing them with a creative environment for their development process.
She trained further as a psycho-spiritual counsellor at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London to help people more specifically in finding meaning and joy in their lives by choosing to fulfil their own potential. You may wish to take a fresh look at how you address a challenge, solve a problem, or step into a new situation. Bio :
Matt has worked as a counsellor in Adult, Youth and NHS settings since 2001. He has seen a variety of clients from 16 to 60 year olds, regarding a wide variety of issues including life changes, anxiety and depression. In addition to private work here he also works as a Mental Health Practitioner for Berkshire Healthcare Trust (NHS).


He holds an honours degree in Psychology from reading University, The intermediate Certificate in Counselling Skills and a MSc in Counselling Psychology and is currently working towards Chartered status.
 

As a therapist who primaraly works from a Cognitive Behavioral Perspective, he believes that counselling can be a way of helping individuals to make sense of their lives by exploring the thoughts and feelings that lead to problems
